The reason for your message being left alone for so long seems to me that you've written it in English.
You might get more chance, here in this monolingual country, by expressing yourself as much as you can in Japanese, however broken it may be.
Please note that "shokai (personal recommendation)" is the necessary credibility here.
Looking for architcts with foreign experience or those who can "shokai" you to such architects is the shorter way, I suppose.
