'Web mail' system only for "Educators"

You never fail to fill in these:"*", if you ignore or skip"*", the "sendmail" cgi-action never works on the web !!(i.e. 'Error' will be sent)
N.B. 
1) Basically this form mail will be sent to me but you can use it like 'web mail' without your mail account.
1)"Recipient E-mail": When  you change this registered mail address (my address): "masa_01@hotmail.com", you can send an e-mail to anybody.
2) You can never abuse it and send a junk e-mail.
3) This web mail cgi program was changed, and now it works by Perl5 in 'Panasonic hi-ho server'
     (Internal Server Error has been retrieved since Aug.10, 2002)
