Three types of Rug Hooking introduced to Japan

There are 2 types in North American
1. primitive hooking
　The rugs are hooked with wide strips（5〜8 mm、fine：3 mm) and less colors than fine hooking. They remind us of rugs hooked by pioneers.They are charming and warm.

2. Fine hooking
　The rugs are hooked to achieve realistic expression. They are beautiful and decorative.

3.Rag Rug
　People in England make primitive type hooked rugs. There is no limit to select materials in rag rug. Ann Davies shows varieties in her book.
